Growing up, my mother always had art projects to keep me and my sister busy. We did everything from puffy-paint oversized sweatshirts (it was the 80s/early 90s) to making our own jewelry with seed beads and string.
When I entered the “real” working world, I realized that I still needed some sort of creative outlet in my life. After dabbling in painting, photography, and calligraphy, I found that I truly enjoy making jewelry that my friends and I can wear.
It didn’t take long for me to figure out that I couldn’t possibly wear all of my creations and that is when I decided to open my Etsy store!
I love finding beautiful gemstones and turning them into earrings and necklaces. I am inspired by current fashions and designs that I see around me. I would say my style is trendy classic.
Right now I love to work with gold, especially gold vermeil, and sterling silver findings. I use semi-precious gemstones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals, and precious gemstones.
